Farida Ahmed’s Poem

Heavenly Sky

Is the sky heaven?
They say the heaven is the home of the soul
The star-turned souls twinkle in the sky
To decorate the heaven.
Everyday I search for my soul
In the star studded sky.
Searing my heart and shattering my dream
I bedecked the heaven.
What will it look like?
I can hear in the heaven
At midnight
The sobbing of the stars.
